At Terme dei Papi, guests can choose between three different restaurants offering extraordinary dining experiences, each with their own particular characteristics, for a culinary journey unlike any other.

OUR RESTAURANTS

58 Gradi, located within the spa complex, offers traditional cuisine. In a warm and cosy spot, typical local produce are placed at the fore of the menus, and processed according to the best-known local recipes. Open every evening, from 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Bistrot 2.0, ideal for a quick and tasty lunch. The seasonally-changing menus offer burgers, first courses and fried dishes in autumn/winter, alternating with poke bowls and fresh salads in summer. From June to September, Bistrot 2.0 moves outdoors to the poolside. Open every day for lunch from 12.15 to 3.00 p.m.
